Hey everyone, it has been a busy 18 months. I am finally catching up on some loose ends. My website seems to take the biggest hit in regards to the updates.

For those of you who dont follow the IFBB PRO shows. I competed in two shows so far this year.Orlando Pro being the first with a 9th place finish. Then I went out to New York and place 4th in that event. Very excited about the year thus far. Looking forward to making some changes to my structure before I step on stage again. Even though I am satisfied with everything thus far. I can re-assure you the best is yet to come.

I would like to thank ALLMAX for there continued support. It is with there help that I am able to compete in one or two shows per year.

Also if you get a chance, make sure you pick up your Inside Fitness magazine. Terry and crew have been doing a tremendous job with promoting canadian athletes.

I have attached a Breck logo to my site. Check it out, Royan has been more then kind to myself and believing in me. Also helping me out in getting to the pro events. It is greatly appreciated!

A quick mention anyone looking to help out at the Canadian Nationals to contact Harvey Viteychuk. The Canadians are being held in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan August 14th 2010. If you get the chance, I strongly recommend coming out to see the top competitors battle it out.
